Well I brought the tree back to the nursery and showed him the pics of the ripe figs and I was surprised when he told me he had no idea what kind of fig tree it is, lol, now that's bad. After caring for this tree for the last month or two it just about killed me to dig it up. They had about 30 Celeste trees that came in and I was about to get one but I found 3 lsu purples hiding in the corner so now I think I have the real lsu purple and it looks nothing like the tree i brought back, lol, the tree is about 3' tall with about 15 figs on it so time will tell, thanks everyone for the replies.
