Is Niagara Blk actually Longue d'Aout? ?

From pictures seen, it does look like Longue d'Aout. Can someone confirm its id.
I have Longue d'Aout. Main crop fig does look like Longue d'Aout.

I am interested knowing the differences or similarities (if any) between these two variants. Paully, sorry if I was not any help.

Navid.

I had a private email stating they are different. It states when Niagara Blk ripens
it has a drop of honey. Unfortunately the email came from a friend who heard it
from another fig collecter. It was reported that it is high quality. I know in the
past(fig newbie then) every fig I had was like a taste from heaven. Now my taste
bud is a little spoilt by VdB, Nardi Blk etc.

I am interested to find out whether they are similar and how good it is because
there are many supposed to be "excellent" figs in my getting smaller collection. I
try not to miss out on a local great variant if it is so good tasting & ripens here.

I can verify that it does have a drop of honey when it ripens, John Prav showed pictures of it in a post, it was like syrup slowing oozing out.

aren't they different color figs? Ld'A is more of green, and NB more of dark fig?

Looking at the leaves, it looks really similar to Noire  de Caromb, is it possible that they are related?

Do have NB, and LdA. Not sure if I'll see figs from them this year. KB should give figs. My NdC didn't make it.
