I totally understand.. what I figured that works for me, is as soon I get a name and address, I copy the info in a word document and delete the PM, the darn box fills up so quickly... I get too many I guess, takes a lot of back and forth to get the info... then I delete the entire group and rely on it from my word doc.. once I send out I highlight in color, once I get the postage money I move them to another column... and it is simple and works. names with no color, means.. just a promise.. you can select by name, so you can delete the entire group of PM of one person..that way You dont reopen the same one over and over.. I got tired of that.. and yes, the screen names and the person's mailing name is not the same... this is what we do for the love of figs...
