Is this a sign of FMV on my newly developed tree?

This is aMarseilles Vs Black

you would have seen the blotted shades of green.. usually first leaves are like that.. not totally sure, but you may be OK.

Looks like a typical mild sign of FMV to me. I've had some like that but they usually out grow it. Don't worry about it they'll be fine. When to worry is when they are so disfigured and mottled to the point that you can't even tell it's a fig leaf and the tree doesn't grow more than an inch. Then you got problems.

I have a few like that, I thought it was from the leaf tip drying out a bit before the leaf bud opened. The rest of the leafs look fine.

Sometimes if my trees are dry and it's low humidity then they will have a leaf or two like that, I think it's more environmental than anything else.

Not necessarily.
My observations have been similar to Alisa's. When the vein is damaged physically the leaf grows deformed. Those pictured leaf patterns can be duplicated on any young fig leaf by damaging the vein.
FMD is more easily identified as asymmetrical leaves and lighter (thin) patches in the leaf (mottling).
Also early leaves on cuttings are often deformed and not necessarily an indication of disease.

note attached pic of visible FMD in a leaf.

I agree with the "No's or not necessarily".

if there's any disease on a fruit tree , does it affect us in any way?

It might make you sad :(

First leaves are sometimes not definitive, but yes, FMV will do that to leaves, even from the first leaf.

Yes that FMV just like Jon Pitangadiego  said.

It often is easy to spot in the deformity of leaves and in your case  last picture all of them show it.
Also can show in mottling (bubbling of leaves ) and spotting on the leaf.
Some cases on the fruit itself.

I have seen all all of the above in my fig growing years and have many pictures that can show various displays of FMV even on fruit .
Nothing to lose sleep about.

FMV won't hurt you. and lot of the trees will grow out of it, but the virus will go dormant and will show when the tree is stressed.

will it affect the other trees next to it ?

I grow a lot of cuttings in a very crowded space, leaves may look like that when reaching some obstacle during its development.

most, if not all, fig trees have FMV. as to how FMV is transmitted between the trees, i heard it's by some bug some say there are trees without FMV, but so far i haven't seen one. most people don't worry about it.

but if you are very concerned about FMV, fig collection will be an issue. since most will show FMV here and there. it's really nothing to worry about. some trees are so infected with FMV, it won't grow at all. or all the leaves will look very strange. but most will out grow FMV as season moves on.

i can say with confidence that all my trees have FMV and they are doing fine.
