There is really no way someone here can guarantee anything on eBay unless they sell it themselves.

However, a quick look through the seller's other items brings up photos of Ice Crystal that are clearly not theirs. That is usually a sign of deception, but at the least it means the seller does not take pride in their product.

I saw an earlier post about one cutting very overpriced and the advice given was not to buy from that seller. I just wondered if this was the same guy.

Yeah, overpriced cuttings are best avoided, didn't even look at that. Of course price does not always equate to value, rarely in fact with figs.

 Sure! Go and buy some Apples .... or buy something cheap which everyone has in his garden. Don't waste your money on something rare...unless you really want to collect !

I see several Turkish cuttings up for sale at over $20 for one, plus postage, and that comes from someone who is supposedly an expert in figs and has been mentioned on this forum for many years. I'm sure his are genuine but at the price he charges for one cutting I'm not going near them.
