this is UCD Ischia White. apparently different from Ischia Green. first tree to put on the fig this yr. going into its second yr. 

Please keep us informed of differences between the two.  Another nice looking plant too.

not much info on this one out there. read few post indicating that this isn't much to write home about. when i had it last yr, it was sweet and that was about it. and not even really sweet, sweet. but the tree and leaves are just so good looking i would hate to chuck it. along with few others, IW is growing better than any others on my yard. looking forward to any improvement this yr. 

Maybe you can use it as a rootstock down the road.

i don't do grafting. figs root easy enough.

My IW gave fruit last year. The smaller sized figs were quite good as for a first year tiny tree. It seems the IW is a dwarf variety. The internode spacing is very tight, the plant itself is tiny too. My came from UCD as well.
