Very nice figs and photos. Please take photos of the cut figs when you have a chance. Thanks for sharing.

Best,

awe.... nice fig.

Dave, you can grow pears in Connecticut? They are monsters and really look like the size of pears unless that's a real small apple. Look good.

that is about a medium size apple Last year I did not get one fig on this tree this year there has to be 30 to 40 figs

Dave: Very nice tree, photos and figs. Can you please let me know what Italian Honey figs taste like? Thanks for sharing.

Best,
Tam

Dave, how old are your trees?  I have one 3 going on 4.  It is beautiful and healthy but no figs yet.  I got my Italian Honey from Gurneys.

I've had it about 5 years now last year I got one fig on it and it wasn't edible this year I don't know what happened  but it is loaded

Glad to hear that.  It gives me hope.

Great looking plants and fruit!  Are those SIPs?

Dave, does this fig go by the name of Lattarula as well?

SIPs ? Otman yes Latrulla Italian Honey all pretty much the same fig

Here's the picture of the drop of honey It was literally like a dripping faucet

Thanks for confirming Dave. The drop of honey looks awesome. Just bought Lattarula from an eBay seller few days ago. It came in 4" pot, so it's gonna be a while before I get to enjoy that drop oh honey.

Self-irrigating planters.  I was wondering if you have water reservoirs in the base of those buckets or just drainage holes.  Really impressive growth!
