Italian Honey Fig Not, please help with ID

So a few years back I ordered 4 TC plugs from Florida Hill Nursery...out of 4 this one is the one that survived...was supposed to be an Italian Honey...but this does not even come close to that.

The tree bears rather large yellowish fruit and a pink seeded center. Also the eye seems to open up a bit too much for my tastes.

I still can't eat of the fruit until next year ( we wait 3 years) so I can't tell what it tastes like...

Any ideas?

My opinion from growing one like that:
It is Fico Santo,a good italian type of fig ,best in warm dry climates, like southern Italy.

Thank you Vassily...we are having very dry conditions (humidity, but litte rain) this year...should we have a more "normal" year here it would not be an ideal tree to have...

Speaking of an ideal tree, 6 out of seven Malta black cuttings I purchased from you are little trees now. :)
