I saved the PDF version to my computer. Lots of interesting stuff in there! Thanks! A project for some day when I get too many figs from my growing orchard, I'd like to update those recipes with modern ingredients and cooking methods. Big project for sure, and I may never get to it, but loved the site and the link, and I'm going to search for recipes for the other fruits we grow.
