Jersey Shore Figs

My first time posting so I had to share some photos of the figs I picked last night.  I have 9 fig tree's (all the same type) in ground.  Only 5 trees are mature enough to produce fruit.  Last night I went down to pick some figs figuring I'd get the usual dozen or so figs.  But much to my surprise I had well over 100 figs!  And there's easily 100's more still ripening.  This has been the best season by far for me.  Last winter was the first time I winterized them, and I think that made all the difference.  I only wish I knew what fig species I have.  It's a white fig, with a light colored flesh, if anyone can help identify that would be awesome.  I can take picture of inside flesh if that helps any.

Show the inside of the fig on a totally ripe fig and then someone will be able to ID it.
Without inside color and texture it is imposible to find out and be corect.

I wish I had that many figs to eat ... I love figs...You are LUCKY And I think white figs rock...

Here are photo's showing the inside flesh.  If anyone can help identify that would be awesome.

I picked another 100 or so figs this weekend, not sure what to do with all these figs now!  I guess it's a good "problem" to have.  What does everyone do when they have an abundance of figs?
