Finally got the only I left on the plant to ripen. This is from a cutting that Jon generously shared earlier this year.

It was relatively small but tasted nice for a first fig. Can't wait for more next year!

It has a nice deep red center. Looks like it was a tasty fig. 

Is there much difference between the Adriatic and the JH Adriatic? By the way, nice photo Ruvan.

My understanding is that JH Adriatic is better strain. I might be wrong. But all JHA I have seen so far has very deep red pulp inside. Everyone thinks it's one of the best green fig.

i thought Paradiso Gene was great. better than VdB and Kathleen's Black to my taste. i can't wait to try JH Adriatic.

I had one JH Adriatic ripen on cuttings started this past year. It was really good, even on a very young plant.
