Jolly Tiger figs

Almost ripe, 2 or so more days and I should be able to tell the taste.
Potted tree, this year rooted, still tiny.

Great looking fig for a young tree. I will be watching to see how it looks and the taste... Thanks

Ok, the moment of truth!
I would say it is one of my best figs this season. Very juicy and large. At this size and relatively late in the season, excellent! Didn't split and ripened evenly.
Strawberry with some acidity. I think I don't even care about the variegated leaves, it is just a bonus :)
Pollinated, you can see the seeds sink.
Highly recommended!

Is this one a fast grower for you in CA? Would it have made fruit with out pollination? Fruit looks very good... Well done!

No and yes , to answer your questions.
But it has been growing in a container, in the ground the plants usually grow 10 times faster

Very good looks like a winner.

Thanks!

Looks like you got a nice tree there!
