If he doesn't see all the people getting ripped off by now then he obviously doesn't pay attention to his own forum.

This has been going on to long and that's why greenfin had been blocked on other forums

One of the reasons this Forum is no longer as important to me or the Fig Forum I frequent most is too damn many people supported this fool and still do. Which in turn causes distrust of many posters. It is amazing to me how many good sellers are senselessly attacked on this forum and yet some continue to support this crook and promote the "club members". I stopped trusting promoted sellers long ago on this Forum due to this fiasco. The Mods need to get control of this but I do not think there is any feeling in them that something is wrong with this forum as it is, sad. There is much good info here, and much too much BS.

Jon is fully aware.  They are partners.  Jon gets a cut of the sales.  That's why James can post sales here.

What I don't understand is - If he can't come up with cuttings that people ordered for WHATEVER reason - Why not just refund everyone? If he can't deliver / just refund.  Does this person still post on Figs4Fun Forum? And if he does WHY? Is this guy out of his mind? Is he just trying to add insult to injury. REFUND the people / State publicly

I'm not a scammer, and it's absurd to call me that.  At WORST I'm simply understandably late on completing a mega-project for the community, and rather than give me any credit at all for overcoming all the setbacks and pushing the project through to a tardy completion, you just want to focus on the fact that I'm late, which you totally misrepresent as something sinister. 

Also, how am I supposed to raise the money to ship all those previous orders if you won't let me sell off any of my current inventory?  How does that make any sense to you?  If I'm not allowed to generate any income, then none of you can get your stuff because I don't have the money for shipping.  I don't have the money for shipping because the costs of growing all of this stuff for everyone has greatly exceeded the low prices I charged.  I have put in a ton of my own money to pay the extra bills for your trees/cuttings, and I have had all the rest of my money yanked from my accounts by people doing chargebacks, so there is literally no money left in my pockets to subsidize the project for you anymore. 

I can't go off-site and work for income because I have to be here putting in 70-100 hours a week doing all of the actual fig work here, so the only way I'm going to generate income is to sell off the extra trees and cuttings that are ready to go.  As orders come in and I immediately ship them out, I'll then have money to ship out previous orders that are overdue.  Do you see how this process allows everyone to get what they want and is a win-win-win for everyone?  What you propose (i.e. trying to prevent me from generating income) is a lose-lose-lose for everyone where nobody gets what they want. 

There are people who strongly want this project to fail (because of their own profit/power motives, or because they don't want to be proven wrong, etc), and who have worked very hard to create false narratives about me and manipulate you.  The closer this project gets to the finish line, the harder they will try to undermine it and defame me.  You know what they say about catching more flak the closer you get to the target...

Greenfin it's pathetic that you actually expect sympathy from people you have ripped off. I ordered two Ponte Tress from you September 13th of last year. You haven't sent me anything so why should I care about your problems. Also the profit and cost of shipping should come from what you charge people for the product. Thats why it says shipping rates on your website. Do you just not understand basic business? I see why your a failure your a monon. Oh and adding the word Mega in front of a word doesnt justify the fact ive asked for a refund multiple times. You need to be booted and Jon is just as much as an @sshole if he does nothing.

 Selling a fig tree for $7 is just is a bad business model obviously. I didn't get caught up in your scam cause if it is too good to be true it usually is. Now winter is coming and you will have to heat the hoop houses. So I would expect more of the same from you with the excuses and lack of money. I'm sure if you offered people cuttings as replacements to the trees that haven't been delivered yet a lot of people would take that over nothing. Start finding a solution to your problem James like going to a bank and getting a "business loan" like anyone else would do. Putting the burden on your customers who have already paid for a service is unbelievable. 
James stick to selling cuttings at a reasonable price point after your customers have been taken care of.

My gosh GreenFin!!!! Stop this self destruction and disrespect and simply stop selling new plants and get caught up with all the old orders and put 3 free cuttings in with each order and apologize for the unfortunate situation and get a office manager (IT'S THAT SIMPLE), at this point even if you are 100% correct it does not matter when so many people believe you to be a scammer, you will loose so much money in the future because of this, make it right.

The profits will be there but you have to be more professional and stop this operation now and fix the disaster you have created.  If you lost any old orders ask people to e-mail you their receipt.  At some point you are going to have to prove you are not stealing, but you might have already doomed yourself by not returning e-mail and not being more professional (IT'S THAT SIMPLE).

Yes why did you stay in the shadows of this forum and not talk to us and poke your head out crying poor me asking for more money. And by the way we know your reading these post so go ahead and answer our questions and at least amuse us.

James how dare you blame anyone but yourself for not having the money to ship our order?! We paid you for shipping!!! James, extra costs whatever, that is your resinsibility as a business owner and as a grown ass man to deal with. You made many bad decisions in your endeavor and you need to take responsibility for all of those bad decisions. It's only your fault you took so many orders. It's only your fault you didn't charge enough. It's only your fault for not listening when people in the know told you what you were doing wasn't possible. It's only your fault for not responding for so long. This list goes on. You have ruined your reputation in this community by actively doing everything I listed and more, regardless of your version of the events. James you need t understand that there is nothing you can say to redeem yourself and as noted earlier all your little cheerleaders have shut up, took their toys and went home.

Greenfin, can you post photos and videos of your operation and detailed images of trees so we can see whether you are legit as you claim.

It will go a long way in building your credibility if you can post CURRENT photos and videos.

James if the shipping costs are the issue why don't you find someone who will agree to pay the actual shipping costs to get figs now. Then ship them their order, and they will pay the shipping (after!) . Then go to the next person. You will only have to raise enough for one shipment at a time. If you can't find that much cash then things are indeed quite dire.

James, I would like to get a refund. Would you honor it? I emailed you a few times but got no response. I will do it again

I just received my cuttings order, and James was very generous with throwing in extras, they all look super fresh and healthy. My original orders were around this time 2016. I am super grateful to have received them (and MORE). Give him a chance to get caught up guys, he is obviously trying to honor all orders.

They are not true to variety and if they are how come you got yours before others the placed their orders years before yours?

They got their cuttings because Greenfin knew they would come running to the forum to go to back for him. What they got was cuttings that were sold 20 times over the last 3 years. Greenfin and Jon are the herpies of a great hobby.
