I had good luck last season rooting cuttings, this past season I did not go all out and I just rooted some special to me cuttings, lol. So far I've had 100% success with my col de dame gris cuttings and my maltese Beaty cuttings. This is the first time I get to say this. I only lost about 3 or 4 total cuttings this past season and they were from ucd.

What method do you use for rooting?

I've always used photo bucket in the past, I'm always on my phone and I've never had a problem but now when I copy the URL it does not copy the whole thing for some reason, I've been trying everything I can think of for the last couple hours with no luck.

Oh, just long fiber moss in a zip lock then to cups with bacto potting soil

I tried to upload and copy url from photobucket a while ago. I had same problem you did. Would not work for me either. I will try again tomorrow.
