Just bought 3 cuttings...

Nero
RDB
Sal Corleone

Paid $3 each and $6 shipping.  A forum member who doesn't post much has them but I should let them say who they are if they choose.

On Wills advice I got some Mosser Lee long moss at Home Depot.

Good deal?

Setting up a grow area inside for young trees and cuttings.  Going to call it the bright room lol.

Where's the variety...LOL   I believe they are all in the berry flavor group.   On a serious note: That was a good deal.

Great deal.  Good luck with them.

Nice!
Good luck with them

Haven't tried nero but rdb and sal's c rooted real easy and grew fast for me. Good luck with them. And that was a good deal.

Thanks for the comments all.  There was mention of some something extra and the anticipation is killing me lol.

Charlie,

Are these dormant stored cuttings from last last winter or from this year IE semi green cuttings?

how i wish I lived in USA and could buy those fig varieties for only $3
here in Australia, the only chance in hell of getting fig cuttings of anything other than Brown Turkey is on Ebay.  I see last weeekend, the bidding price got up to $66 for fig cuttings - its just crazy prices here in Australia.

I have the same problem in sweden, but recently I discovered that you can order cuttings from UC Davis (even if you dont live in the U.S) and only pay for shipping!
I ordered cuttings for the first time in mars but they only send cuttings in early spring so I will probably get them next year. The last day you can request cuttings on is 1 november.

Hope this helps.
