Just in today, A few new Figs from AE.

Greetings to All.
I just wanted to share a few pics of some new additions that came in recently.

The first pic with the lonely fig is LSU GOLD that I planted in the ground approximately three weeks ago on My first shipment from John (AE)

The second pic is a LSU Scotts Black that is really putting out some nice growth, Thanks Bass.....

The third pics is part of what came in today from AE. The center one that is planted in the ground is a Conadria. The two gallon pots were transferred from a four inch pots. The smallest is LSU Tiger and the other one with more growth is a Purple Passion fig.

So My hunt continues for a few other LSU Figs.
I'm looking for LSU Hollier
LSU improved Celeste
LSU O'rourke
LSU Everbearing.

Well, Happy Growing to All.

God Bless

Your trees look great. You are well on your way to a nice LSU collection, good luck!

Thanks BLB, all it took was My first bite into a Brown Turkey fig and I was an instant addict. LOL.

Take care

Most people have not actually tasted a tree ripened fresh fig. It changed my world too. Wait til you taste some of your new figs!!

That is definitely something that I'm looking forward to. Lord willing if I continue to get some good growth this Year on My Figs I might let two or three grow on a few of My bigger plants.
I can only imagine ;))

Remember that many trees continue to improve in taste for a few years as they mature

That's good to know.
Thanks
