I'm so excited that my 1st ripe fig of Col de Dame Noire can be picked today!I ordered cuttings of this variety from Monsieur Pierre Baud at the end of Feb this year.I felt quite nervous before put it into my mouth.Fortunately, so far it's my "fig of the year", very tasty!
I heard Baud of France has some great stuff, unfortunately its hard to get plant material into the US, and harder to California. Thanks for Posting.
