This fig is such a great producer it's too bad they don't ripen here. I really like the way the tree grows. I can't see how the fig wasp could squeeze into this fig. The eye looks completely closed to any insect.

Perfect timing Tom as mine are doing exact same thing recently. Your right the eye is very tight also. Never a ripe fig in 4 seasons its displayed them.

What is making these figs unhappy? Water? Temps? Hormonal, tempermental fig?
