Kalamata! the fastest rooter?

I potted up many Kalamata sticks last week with spagnum and a little dirt. These were sown directly into the medium, immediately after I cut them from mother tree. Not prerooted in a bag.  Today I looked and there is good Spaghetti growing in the pots. In one week Unbelievable. Has anyone else ever discovered this with Kalamata variety?

Not with kalamata but I had similar experience last winter with Martin's Unknown rooting in 9~10 days from the start on two cuttings.

Maggie i have not tried to root that plant i just have the adult one similar to your i think.
Someone once mentioned spaghetti roots in past and i said in past just add the sauce !

Martin, I couldn't believe how fast it rooted. Yes, they do look like spaghetti through the clear plastic.  Just pass the sauce is right, now I think I'll make a pot.  I usually always have some made and in fridge, but I ran out yesturday for lunch and Tony came home and wondered where is the sauce? thanks for reminding me.
