Hello all,

I know now is the time for rooting all those fig cuttings. Unfortunately that's not my strong suit. So.... If anyone happens to root more cuttings of Kathleen's Black than they need I would love to buy one. I understand it takes a lot of time and effort to turn a stick into a plant and am willing to pay for it. Thanks for looking and keep me in mind.

Brian, I have a few in sleeves showing roots and a few still in the bag, but as long as I can get three to take off, I'll be glad to help you out. They still have a long way to go at this point.

Tim or others, I have been looking for Kathleen black too without success so far.  So if anyone can spare a cutting I'll pay whatever it's worth.  I don't have much to trade for at this point since I just started collecting but I do have an unknown green/white variety from the UK that does very well here in Maryland and is supposed to have very nice flavor.  I could provide cuttings in the Fall.  Later in the season I'll post fruit and leaves to see if anyone can identify it.  Thanks!

I got some from a forum member and just bought some  cuttings from Herman. They all originated from Herman. I'll keep you guys in mind like I said, if they root. I lost all I had last year, so I want to keep them till I get a couple going for me. I need one and a backup. The rest are for sharing. In the mean time,you might check with Herman and see if he has anymore if you don't want to wait & see!
