I found an eBay person selling these, I'm interested in Kearny and Portugese, are they rare?

I use to have Dark Portuguese. I don't know if it's the same as what you're seeing but it's not rare as far as flavor goes.  It's very similar to your typical Mt Etna figs.  Hardy Chicago, MBVS, Salem Dark, etc.
