killed my last Paradiso Dusan cutting...

those who remember me from when i first started on this forum, they will remember me bugging everyone for Paradiso Dusan. a very generous forum member has provided me with number of cuttings.. and i killed them all.

i just don't have the special touch with green cuttings! it's 0 success with me and green cuttings since i started. i killed every single one of them. i have no clue why green cuttings hate me so much.. what did i do to them? i mean, sure they are green.. but i have nothing against green.. all my backpacking gears are green, i love green.

just frustrated. on the other hand, all the Moscatel Preto are rooted and having wonderful time outside. good thing i already have couple of Paradiso Bronze VS going..

Oh my. Sorry to hear. If this helps, I always have success with spagnum (between dry/moist).

Jenny

hey jen, where have you been? i have few patch of s. moss growing for my CP. they are.. strange to say the least. grows without doing much of anything to them. both CP and s. moss. now my D. venusta is spreading.. and i haven't seen any seeds.

Bullet,

Is that the Bronze Paradiso? If so P.M me

jazzbass,

i have Paradiso Bronze VS that dan (the_celt) gave to me.. along with Paradiso Nero. only problem is i mislabeled them and don't know which is which.

from what i understand, Paradiso Dusan Bronze is very similar, if not the same, with Paradiso Bronze VS. however, that figs has tendency to put out twin figs. the source for this fig is a canadian member named dusan who brought the cutting from his old country about 5-6 yr ago.

there are few members on this forum who has them. it's not really talked about often.

all three color Paradiso Gene White, Paradiso Bronze and Paradiso Nero have same leaf pattern. but the figs are different colour.

Nelson and Paul had few thread 3-4 yrs back talking about this fig.
