If anyone happens to be in New Hampshire for the Autumn foliage season aka leaf peepers , I'm considering thinning my herd of figs of the doubles and triples I have of some nice varieties.
For pick up only : I have extras of the 5 gallon sub irrigated pots of :
Gino's Black
Paradiso Bronze
JH Adriatic
LSU Scott's Yellow (New Brandy)
Kathleen's Black
Malta Black
Hollier
LSU Improved Celeste
Lyndhurst White
and perhaps a few others.
Also 1.5 gallon pots of some like :
Marseilles Black vs
Sals el
Excel
etc.
5 inch pots of some others.
Any interest and pricing questions send me a PM.
It would be nice to get them to good homes.
Sizes of 5 gallon plants are like some of these earlier posted pics.

Wish I was close to you, but pick up only doesn't work for me! :-)

Good luck to you and the lucky locals!

Kerry, I googled it and its a 7 hour ride. Just a little to far. It's tempting, because I've never been in that part of the country. Seeing your photos of plants, I know whoever gets them will be happy. Or 99% will be.

Drivewayfarmer: What do you do with your figs that you keep after the five gallon buckets, besides planting them in ground?  I was just wondering if you keep on trimming them so they can stay in the same size bucket.   I've got a lot of 5 gallons going now and not sure if I want to move up in size.  Even the grower pots are expensive and it will be hard to move around.

If you can't get rid of them and will just chop them down, I will be glad to take some cuttings, but I'm not local to come pick  up.

Are the varieties in the  5 inch pots ones that are small enough that you would consider shipping?

I am in the Midwest, so I wouldn't be able to stop by for pickup.

Kerry, I know you sent a few prior extras to some of us who begged you, and it was hard for you.  I appreciate the trees I got, and they are doing very well.  But I wonder, could you list locally in Craigs list?  It's free, you know!

And for those of you that would like him to ship.  It's very expensive and labor intensive to do so, so know that you will be paying a lot for shipping, if Kerry decides to do that.  Live plants weigh a lot, and are not small.  Kerry is the best driveway farmer I know!  His figs are awesome!

I don't have time to ship right now , partly because work has picked up and partly because I am so slow at packing and shipping plants.
I may ship some small ones if I can find the time once they are dormant , but don't know if that will happen right now.
Got to give lots of credit to those who ship alot and are set up to do it well , like Jon , Vasile , Bass and others.
Just posted because Fall foliage season here draws so many people I thought there may be some fig types among them. Not in a rush to get rid of these , but it would be a few less to store for the winter.
Figfinatic , Some of these 5 gallon will be root pruned and moved to 25 gallon pots. The rest will be root pruned and returned to the same 5 gallon pots with new potting mix with the expectation that they will yield less , but well for their size. Root pruning a 5 gallon rootball is very easy compared to my 25 gallon pots.
