Sorry I m not a disease expert but this time of year it is not unusual for fig leaves to look beat up.
Exposure to strong winds, leaves also get sunburn and overheated pots due to sun create stress.
Also some rust, molds and mites are around and can grow depending on wetness and of course many figs show FMV symptoms.
If the fig has grown well for the year then start planning for next year either up potting or planting in ground.
Good soil mix is best way to tackle FMV symptoms.
You may want to apply some dormant treatments like neem oil so you lose any mites.
For molds clean up fig area and destroy the damaged leaves and you can apply some organic fungicide. I use potassium bicarbonate(or baking soda) to kill the molds.
