Lemon Fig on EBAY

Looks like LSU Gold, short, squat, yellow, looks like sugar spots forming.
Leaf may be only detractor

Some of these fig sellers on Ebay make me nuts!  I hardly even look anymore!  I'm buying cuttings of Lemon from Jon this spring at a normal price, not some crazy bid up price for something that isn't what they say it is.

I bought that Gin Berry from this seller. I recall asking him about the Lemon fig, but it seems that is a name he or someone local applied. I don't think it is LSU Gold, not squat enough

I know nothing about his person or this sale, but it's not an auction - He's selling small trees for $15 plus S/H of about $10. No bidding involved. Not my cup of tea, but I've seen far worse things on ebay.  And as always on ebay - let the buyer beward.

Actually if the seller is a known member here, and it's not an auction, and something I want, BUY IT NOW is better than that whole friggin bidding thing!

Don't believe this guy is a member here, but I found dealing with him was problem free. He seems to know more about citrus.

Figs4me,

Wondering what tells you there is something wrong with the listing? Just curious about it thats all.

Please check Lemon pics in figs4fun. You can compare it with one in EBAY.

Lets play devils advocate here...

There is not much listed on the varieties section to say for certain. If there were multiple location with picture we could be more certain.

Looking through the other varieties under Lemon will take you to Lattarula, which looks very similar. This is an older variety so could have multiple strains listed under the same name.
