Longue d"aout

If anyone has pics of this fig and leaves could you please post them. I understand that these figs actually have a long appearance.

Heres a couple of photos of my Longue d'Aout. On the plate is English Brown Turkey, White Marseille and a split L d'A.

The weird angle the fruit is hanging in is not because I'm on the other side of the world, it's just because I posted it quick without editing and aligning the photo right, please forgive me.

Mario,

They certainly do resemble each other.  Those are some very long figs!

I love the shape of this fruit, I will be keeping an eye out for this one.

Mario,

I have Longue d'Aout started/growing from Franks cuttings. Just transplanted two. I'm pretty sure I have two more that need to be separated if you want one.

Longue d"aout looks great, tastes great and many people have said it is good producer and cold hardy!

I have a 2yr old Melanzana AF(Calabrese) that looks very very similar and also produced excellent breba and main crop figs last summer!

I would also love to trial Longue d"aout along side and solve this little fig mystery.

Tanks Mike your welcome to any of mine, stop in sometime

Very nice looking brebas! The main crop looks TOTALLY different from these elongated beauties.
Just mentioning this. Does anyone have any pics of the main crop?

From this summer paw paws and figs 012.JPG

These are beautiful pictures.  It is on my wish list!

The breba and main crop are different in shape, color, taste and size.

Would love to see pics of both from same tree.

My plant came from Japan.
