Looking for cutting for NJ

Hi all,
I am interested in trying to find the below varieties.  My goal is to plant a total of 4 varieties with at least one black.  I would like to root them starting now and have them ready for transplanting outdoors by next spring/summer.   The vaieties that I am interested in are as follows

  • Marseilles VS Black
  • Black Madeira
  • Italian Honey
  • Blue Celeste
  • Sal's
  • Hardy Chicago
  • LSU Gold
Does anyone have any advise for me trying to root over the winter indoors or can direct me to how or who I can reach out to for these varieties.

Thanks all!!

Advice for rooting the cuttings is described in details here (as nowhere else, I guess):

Where to get cuttings:

1.  Either by trading with members in this forum (go and ask, don’t be bashful; they can’t see you anyway!) and most are very helpful when cuttings are available; or

2  Wait until January or February if it happens again like the last year as described below (Encanto Farms Nursery) and you can order to your heart delight:

 3. Or search with “ Davis”  in this forum (see 'Search' above, top right) and you will hit a number of threads telling how and when to order from UC Davis.

OttawanZ5,
Thanks for the the propogation link.  I have seen that it one or two different forms but the one you pointed me to was much more complete.

Jan/Feb looks like the time to request some cutting so a waiting I will be

Thanks!

Sam_I_Am,
You may have missed something here, the UCD request deadline is usually Dec 1st.
Feb is usually the delivery time...

I am new to this forum and still trying to find my way around.....I am not sure what you are refering to....could you help explain?

Thanks

I was referring to your previous post.

You should refer  to thread.post #2 , by Ottowan, item 3;: re: UCDavis cuttings.

Do your homework and search  about the subject.
You will find  much more info.
