I owe some cuttings to some ppl_ and no I did not forget. In the fall I am sending out cuttings to the ones I owe. And I think I am bright achieving honours with distinction at the fountain academy of the sacred heart, and have received a scholarship for my academic achievements. Since I asked for the photos of your plants, I want to respond.  Your childish behavior does NOTHING for your reputation.  Which, by the way, is at BELOW ZERO.  You claim to be quite bright, you apparently have an academic scholarship to your academy....well, one would hope that you would be able to understand why the forum does not trust you.  We, the members, could probably go on ALL DAY recalling the issues, but I am quite sure you are well aware as to what they are.
   The bottom line....if you choose NOT to post the photos of your FIGS (and when MOST of us say FIGS here, we mean plants and any fruit) then it is yet another example of your underhanded behavior.  Shady indeed.
   You may have had members monitoring this post, waiting to see what transpired, before they offered any cuttings.  You just never know who is "watching". And for the members that have responded with offers, you have done nothing but offer your disrespect.

My advice to you YOUNG BOY--follow through on what you say you are going to do. Stop the childish behavior.  If you want to act like a child, you will be treated like a child.   And, if you were my 14 year old son, WHO NEEDS TO HAVE HIS COMPUTER ACTIVITY MONITORED....I would disconnect your internet service so quickly it would make your head spin and the leaves would fall off the fictitious fig trees you claim to have.

i think he's just trolling. getting kick out of our reaction. i think best thing to do is just ignore him.

You are exactly right....ignore him.  I'm a member of another online group, not fig related, and there is one member that gets his kicks by trolling for action.  He is very controversial, and has insulted many long time members of that group.  We finally came to the conclusion that he was doing it to be noticed.  When we stopped responding to his nasty behavior, he left for greener pastures.

um. Look at page one, I posted a pic of me and my fig tree. And yo still think it is fake? I already posted a pic, do you need more proof? Saying the things you said to a teenager isn't the right thing to do. We can talk in a peacefull manner please and thanks.

I have not been rude or have insulted any member. I ID'd myself and no on e believed me, so I proved it by taking a pic with my fig, which people thought was also fake. Prooving you guys wrong one step at a time....

Actions speak much louder than words. Just ship what you owe to whom you owe it and we can move on.

At the moment I think a few pictures of all your figs would be best Aeilee. I want to know if the cuttings sent by members rooted. The only thing you did here that bothered me was not respond to Bass' question. As far as I am concerned you have all day to take the pictures like you said you would, I will send DFIC17 Brown Turkey cuttings for shipping cost if you do. I want to see one photo where you are smiling. You are too young to know this from experience, but your facial expression in the photo probably instigated a fight more than it helped or validated you. I think that is why no-one acknowledged it. If you don't post the pictures then all the people who have questioned your character will appear to be right, whether they are or not, and you will not be welcome here for sure because no-one will trust you. But, show us the pictures and you belong here just as much as anyone else does, and you can stay and work on your credibility.

Aeilee....I simply asked to see photos of the plants you were once offering to trade with.  And as far as the way in which I documented my concerns...no different then if I were sitting down with my son, who is the SAME age as you.  You mention that what has been said is no way to talk to a teenager, well actually you are dealing with adults, many of us parents, and many of us I am sure who have had similar conversations with teenagers....in the same tone as has been done with you.   And as Brent mentions, proceed with the photos of your collection, let us know how the cuttings are going that have been sent to you. 

And to the forum at large, if I have insulted anyone by my post, that was not my intent...but I have no intention of deleting it.
