Adriano's is a great place.  Lots of varieties, a few of which I'd like to have  :)

Also Brugmansia Quebec, although I'm not sure he sells cuttings.

I tried Adriano in the past never got a reply so I gave up on him, Brugmansia in Montreal has good selection of young trees fairly priced I have ordered from there and I am satisfied, their site is down right now but I think they are updating with the new plants to ship out in May if you check them out and like to place an order you should do it right away because they tend to run out of the best ones.
