I'd like to hear more from our eastern European friends about their local 'nonames'. Ali Pasha sounds like a very good fig, those are beautiful, large trees in the video.
I really like how the forum brings in folks with the global perspective- great you can share your experiences with us(in english, too!). I would like to make a trip your way someday to fruit explore! So many interesting things you have access to in the crossroads of Eurasia which I have interest in, like cornus mas, actinidia kolomikta, schisandra, sea buckthorn, and of course, figs.
