I had a couple bags of frozen Almas from last season in the fridge and convinced the wife to cook 'em up before the new ones come in.Yum-di-dooh!

Hey, you're all invited for a taste test.I believe they are pint jars.The red is due to strawberry gelatin that was used as the thickener.Two others have fresh ginger added (my favorite) and the rest is plain unadulterated fig jam.
That certainly is a bountiful harvest!
Frank, your fig roll-ups are so yummie. They are easier to chow and convenient to carry around. Perhaps you can consider having a sale to pay for your hobby.
