Louisiana Celeste Grande'

Found this Celeste tree on the way home from the LSU Field Day.  Tree is in the False River Community in Louisiana.  Man told me that they regularly pick 100 lbs per picking.  From the looks of the figs on the tree I did not doubt his word.
