LSU Gold??? with pictures!

I hope I can finally get an identity on this fig. I know that it was purchased as an LSU fig. I thought it was Purple bit it appears it may be LSU Gold. Please look and see if you know.

Limb with breba fruit. This photo was taken a week or so before I picked the fruit.

I hope this will help identify it.

The fruit was soft when I picked it and came off easily with just a slight sideways pressure however I do not think it was ripe.

Looks like mine from EL

It certainly does appear to be LSU Gold. Looks great, but mabye needed another day to ripen a little

That certainly is encouraging. Of the four inground figs I have, none are positively identified! LOL Maybe this could be the first one.

Thanks!

I agree with the others.  It does look like LSU Gold.

Thanks Joe and others. I have no disenters so maybe it is an LSU Gold.

Although my amateurish photography doesn't show it there was a hint of yellow on one side and I think the flash overpowered it. I'm sure I picked it early and this is the first and only fig this tree has ever produced! How yellow does yours get.
