LSU Improved Celeste Cuttings

Hello everyone,
I am recently new to the forum but have been growing (or at least trying) figs for 3-4 years.  I am in central Florida so it is a bit of a challege with all humity and rain in the summer and not to mention sudden freezes of the last couple of years.  They are really thrown my young trees for a loop.

Another issue we have are nematodes.  That is why I am on a quest to get some of the LSU Improved Celeste as they are supposed to be somewhat less prone to these.

Does anyone have or know where I can get cuttings this time of year.  I will be happy to pay or them and will be more than willing to offer to others after I get these established.  I am absolutely impressed with the wealth of knowledge everyone on this forum shares.  I have spent many hours reading the various topics and everyone just seems so willing to offer advice and help.

Thanks....Alan1631

I believe that you will be better off finding your source for cuttings now but waiting till late Winter to start your cuttings. I believe that Just Fruits and Exotics carrys them and they are right up the road from you in Crawfordville FL (just South of Tallahassee).

Thanks Darkman....I am familiar with Just Friuts and Exotics and have bought from them in the past (persimmons).  They are out of Improved Celeste and don't know when they will  have any available.

I have looked elsewhere and have not found anyone with it available.
