Last year I got a few trees from our forum member KK and one of it was a Lyndhurst white. The tree grew almost 4 feet but did not produce any fruit. This year it has set a dozen fruits and 1 breba. I harvested the Breba today and reminded me of Gowati main crop fig in shape and taste, but a bigger. It was slightly smaller than a naval orange.

thanks for sharing. looking forward to my first crop.
Looks good Mohan! You have to let that variety get real soft before picking. As the tree ages, the pulp will get redder. They are very prolific trees! Will you be at the fig fest?
Hello Dennis, thanks for that tip. I will make sure the main crop gets real soft. This one was soft to touch but not real soft. Yes, I am planning to come be with the merry group again. Will have some good varieties to bring to the gathering.
Awesome Mohan! Will see you then!
