Don't know for sure what is going on with this plant, but liquid kelp and sometimes a little sea90 mixed with water and sprayed on the leaves, rock dust watered into the soil and a good slow release fertilizer dosage and perhaps some worm castings always seems to get my funny looking fig leaves straighted out.
I've had some trees that looked like they had fmv do a turnaround after the above treatment and look 100% better.
So my suggestion is if water is sufficient, and the soil type is correct, and sun exposure is sufficient, something could be missing nutrient wise so make adjustments there to see how the plant responds.

It's hard to really say what the problem is. It could be multiple things.
Too wet.
Too dry.
Rust.
In need of fertilizer.
The top two leaves look like they got sun burnt from having water on them.
If you're watering the tree correctly then try some fertilizer or Epsom salt.
Epsom salt will give the leaves a nice green color.

Wow. Those look crispy. Is there any potential that something chemical got sprayed or spilt around them? Possible over fertilization?

Hi greenthumb!

In ground?
In pot?
Water?- how much, how often?
Fertilizer?-what kind, how much, how often?
Climate-Scorching hot? Hot and humid?

To me, I'm thinking scorch. But I would like some of my questions answered.
Thank you.

Hi,
Last time I had leaves like that, it was from lack of water.
How is your watering schedule? How are the temps currently at your location ?

Hi everyone, thanks for helping out :) problem seems to be going away I think from what I can see, I did take off every leaf on the plant that wasn't normal looking, I think what caused the problem was a insecticide that was sprayed by helicopter on the blueberry farm next to my house. Plant seems to be making a full recovery.
1.I water plant every 2 days about half gallon maybe.
2.fertilize with kelp4less 5-5-5 liquid fertilizer 2tbls per gallon every 2 weeks.
3.plant is in a 10g black pot outdoors partly shaded by tree.
4.average temperature here in summer is 70s, temperature did climb up to mid 80s last week when I noticed the change making me believe it was a also the cause for leaf problem.
5.humidity is relatively high here do to the point that Pacific Ocean is 50 miles west and Columbia River no more than a mile north and a swamp area all around property because land is below sea level in some spots.
