Mario's Cuttings Still Available

We are out of the Triano Calabrese but we do still have quite a few cuttings left. If anyone would like to give some of these a try please send me a private message. I also have a few other varieties to offer.

Here are a couple links for those who haven't had the pleasure of meeting Mario's figs :-) :

They are really nice cuttings and great varieties.

Hi Bill,
I sent a PM... am interested in Calabrese figs especially.  Also others from Italy such as Colombro / Colombre / Columbaro.   (Bianco, Nero, Puglia, Viola, maybe there are other Columbaros that I don't know too).

Mike

Hi Bill,
    Interested....PM sent......Thanks...

Thanks for the feedback John.

I've gotten a few more PMs. I will be getting back to you all later today. Thanks.

Bill sent out wonderful cuttings!! All mine are in their sphagnum moss and baggies in a dark empty kitchen cabinet.  Hoping that they will all root- keeping my fingers crossed!

Good Morning All

I was just wondering at what temperature the bagged cuttings should be held at? I have a few cuttings from my HC that I'd like to experiment with.

Many thanks from an overcast dull gray Maryland.

Mark,
About 70 to 75 degrees would be about right. Posting from a grey, damp, chilly, New Jersey.

Those figs look yummy

I just wanted to make another post here concerning these cuttings.

I've gotten a bunch of these sent out to a good number of you folks. Thank you for your patience with me since it has taken me awhile to respond to some of you (a lot of requests).

I also wanted to give some of you this heads up. Some of Mario's cuttings that I have been sent out already seemed to be getting a little dry on me. I'm sure they are still viable but I wanted you all to know in case you might have some concerns. Giving them a good soaking before rooting I'm sure wouldn't hurt.

If you still have some concerns after receiving them, please let me know and I will do what I can to make it right for you. Maybe send you some "re-do's" or similar.

Thanks again for your patience.

Thanks Bill I can't wait to get them!

I did soak them!
