Hi Nelson. Think you'll get those figs to ripen? (Maybe even by pulling indoors?). I can't tell how close they are. Got an idea, but would want to see ripe fruits before posing it.
Anyway, I hope this amazing fall continues... supposed to be a cold air blast coming (already here, but continuing to plummet over next 24 hours). I really can't complain though... picked 27 figs yesterday, so the trees are still producing. This fall has been amazing.
Anyway, I hope you get that one to ripen some... then maybe we can have some real clue what it is. (By the way, I agree that those leaves don't look much like Celeste, despite the appearance of that unripe fruit).
