Is this mold from too much humidity? I have been letting my storage containers air out because Im getting a reading of 99% humidity. I have ordered another temp/humidity gauge just to see if that's the correct reading. This is 1 of 2 cuttings that look like this out of 24.

You can test your existing hygrometer in a ziploc bag with some moistened salt. The humidity should even out at 75 after a few hours / over night.

Always keep your storage bens lids open 2 inchs never clise them. Open more if needed. This way no airing them out. Worjs ,like a dampener. I also use a peice of glass with a light sitting right against the glass

Thanks guys. I had been thinking about keeping them open a little bit but was just afraid that the humidity levels would go down too far. I'm going to try that for a couple days just to see what kind of readings I get.

I keep mine slightly ajar with plastic lighting grates so I can keep a 1/4 inch of water in the bottom
