My wife gave birth to our first child and we got home yesterday after 4 days.  i checked on my plants and cuttings and saw mold on the cuttings that im trying to root and possible mold on my 2 of my potted plants.  I took some pics of what im talking about but they are not so easy to see.  

The cuttings were placed in promix/perlite and covered with bottles on may 20th and were doing great.  i placed three cuttings in each pot.  when i got home i saw that only one cutting in each pot has mold.  one of the moldy cuttings is growing buds and is only moldy on the top.  what do i do about this?  can i remove the mold by cutting off the moldy area? do i leave it alone and let nature take its course?  should i open the caps and leave them open?  when i saw the mold i took the caps off and let them air out for about 2/3 hours.

My plants seem to have mold growing on the top of the soil, should i repot these with a different potting mix?  maybe more sand or perlite.  should i not water them for a day or 2 and let the soil dry out?  thanks in advance for all the help.  

Mix a 10% bleach solution and spray the moldy parts. Let them air out and you should be fine.

I'd probably just scoop the top off of the pot rather than spray it with bleach personally.

The bigger container looks like algae, decrease your watering frequency.

Too much humidity and insufficient airflow leads one to mold.

So let the medium dry a bit, and let fresh air come in ( provided that you are not under a polar vortex ) .
I would just remove the mold with a fork and clean with a wet towel the mold on the stem.

So far, I never had to use bleach and the molding stopped after cleaning and airing the pot of the cutting .
