Reading this forum and the other garden web forum it seems like there are more men than woman posting about fig tree's
Is this true and why is it?

Im a woman and not sure why but most of my fig lover friends are guys too..

Perhaps it is due to the fruit of the fig resembling a testicle, and when cut open lengthwise to expose the middle, it vaguely resembles a vagina?

C'mon, you know you were all thinking that, but nobody had the "figs" to actually say it!

hahahahahahahaaa, oh man I just had a great laugh.  I do think that everytime someone shows a ripe/drooping fig... Thats definantly not why I like figs though! That was so funny.
