Im not trying to brag or bore anyone here but these are late season for me as usual so the late postings.
  Weather taking turn for the worse, lows in 40s and highs in 50s, tonight going in 30s. Anyways these figs were not as sweet as before and doing the same as my other tree's when it comes to taste just not as sweet although acceptable to me this late in season, if we could have had just another week of decent temps this tree would have hit the jackpot as there are a decent amount still that are about 4 days away from being fully ripe but im ok with that as i had a good season overall with the weather. I want to add that these 6 came in a little over a pound of figs are dark purple and are all eaten.

Terrific figs! You must be saving a lot on your food bill by eating all those figs. How's the flesh, it looks a little thick? Pulp looks great.

The flesh is a little thicker than my others yes, i usually peel the flesh (outside) i think thats what you mean. On other figs i have i eat the whole thing most times. I even tried eaten one of these with a spoon as daughter suggested and its not so much fun to much work.
