A Thank You To Jon.

Thanks Jon for creating this Forum, you have brought people from all over with a common interest FIGS.
You may not realize or you may in a silent way the joy you have brought to many thru your forum.
For me and im sure others each day i go to this site for pure pleasure,secondly to gain knowlegde about a passion, you see its addicting just like some say to a new member when they start purchasing fig plants .
Seeing pictures, especially your pictures Jon are a pleasure, the ahh's the oh's, the ol man's that are silent and no one can hear them said are there rest assure.
When the site is sometimes down for maintenence its when i realize the loss it would be if this forum was no longer available.
Your forum is truly my favorite PERIOD.
Your hard work and dedication is to be commended.

I could go on and on like i tend to do about all the good things here on this site for the list would be truly long.
Its hard for me to express myself and use the right words most times but this ones for You.

Congrats Martin and thank you to Jon for the forum. Thanks to all who post. In the short amount of time I have gained considerable knowledge and haven't even scratched the surface. Again thanks to you all who post your findings and results and pictures especially. Again I just want to reiterate what Martin said.

Congratulation on the 1000 post and I agree with you about the site. I have made a couple new friends here and looking forward to making a lot more.
I have spent my time reading past post, including yours D. and they are informative and interesting. 

Congrats Martin!   Always very interesting to read your posts!  Sometimes it takes me a few to 'get it' but they're always very interesting! 

I believe this, you are always on time with your answers and good advice, I am very happy for you, I haven't posted much lately with canning sauce and taking care of all the responsibilities, I miss our chats and will chime in on these spells when I get a chance, Alessandro says Ciao to Uncle martin and uncle Cecil.  Ciao

Educational? not likely!

But as you and a handful of others I consider fig experts know,I ain't afraid to email and ask questions, speaking of asking questions, one member even said something about all my questions asked on the Fig Forums, I didn't pay much attention to it, but I did put it in my memory bank!!!!! I might add that I never asked a question in private email that I didn't get an answer!
So I will end this post by saying "all of us ain't fig experts"
I would also tell new members to not be afraid to ask "all them questions"
