Since joining here in July I have always been a little bit in awe of the generosity of you fellow figgers who both give and receive wonderful gifts of cuttings or plants. It makes you realize that there really are good people on this earth and it puts a smile on your face.

Well today I was touched by such an event. A member from the GTA noticed my wish list and sent me a personal PM. We PM'd back and forth a bit then he asked for my address and said he would send some cuttings my way. He never discussed specifics so I had no idea what to expect.Today a package came in the mail and I'm like a 4 year old opening it up. Inside I find not one, not two, not three but 20 cuttings of 9 different varieties.  It could be awhile before this silly grin fades from my face.

Ralph...AKA Luzzu...thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. This will be a Christmas I will always remember fondly.  I hope I can do your little jewels justice.

Very, very nice... I have heard it said before and have been on the receiving end many times in my new fig journey... the folks on these forums are very generous people...

Steve you are right about Ralphs generosity. Ralph also gave to me a ton of cuttings and air layers too and he wanted nothing in return. Good people like Ralph are hard to find.

Ralph gave me cuttings in 2015 when I started. :) He called me and gave me details how to root the cuttings. 
I had 110% success. I cut one Hardy Chicago into 2 and had 2 plants from one cutting. :):)
