my conadria and unknown

I got a conadria fig tree from HD in april. it was on sale for 5 dollars, its about 4 feet tall, it has no fruit on it, should i expect fruit this year? or next year?  i also have an unknown fig cutting, i got it from a winery back in october 2010, it grows very slow.

If it has fruit this year, it will form late, and thus ripen late (or not at all),  most likely. Figs seem to go through this phase 2-3 years until it reaches a level of maturity. Some figs reach the level faster than others.
