My Domenico /Italian /Swiss (cutting)

Well this is the first cutting to root for me this year!

It is a Domenico/ Italian/ Swiss.

I used the baggie method as per Dan's instructions/ method!

I started it on 1-29-11

Here's hoping!

Edit....I have rooted all 3 Domenico Italian/Swiss cuttings (100%)

This goes out especially to two people, I hope everyone enjoys this thread.

Bump

Lou got only two cuttings from his cousin who lives in Switzerland. He did not have a name for this fig but said that the Italians who live in that area in Switzerland grow it.

I rooted both cuttings for Lou in the greenhouse.
I'm guessing that's the same variety.

Thanks Bass,

Maybe later we can find out what it is, but if it is a good one it could have any name!

regards

Good wishes for the plant to grow real healthy & keep us posted with some yummy pic's. Happy to know the community efforts involved in getting the cutting rooted to where Lou has gone in terms of sharing.

Yes to all the above Paully,

Thanks!
