Ciao Martin, very good. What are the big faces you have. I wish we had a garage like you, all we have is a carpark in back of the houses here. The houses here are all cramped like Sardines, I can put yard stick out side window and touch neighbors houses. At least I have a nice yard, especially since this spring summer, I will need it as I have doubled all my mother trees and aquired so many more.  My mother trees are all asleep up in attic. I will be glad for spring, Christmas is only 10 days away,  Martin, TIME IS FLYING SO FAST!  It will be fig time before we know It, thats okay, It can fly by as long as it gets to spring and summer fast.

We are going to Italy ( going to try again ) to visit family and friends on 27 December. I can't wait to go home and visit.I will also be going into Sicily for the Mongibello cuttings to Catania to visit my friends there and in Corleone and the City of Palermo. I want some fried spleen with Pecorino! ciao, Ciao

Thanks Satellitehead for being kind enough to answer my question. Makes sense I wouldn't know who these people are as I very seldom ever watch television. I do watch on Thursdays the program " Survivor" then the " Amazing race" on Sundays, I generally only watch the news and these few programs. Also love the BBC for the excellent British comedy. I also watch alot of the older programs( Archie Bunker, Maude, Odd couple) It was a more peaceful time then and I never ever miss a good classic movie (B&W) . I just watched " Rear Window" with Jimmy Stewart. One of my favorites. No, I don't look much at T.V.  I listen to alot of music all day long, now alot of Christmas Carols. I also leave Classical music for rooting fig cuttings. They respond to the music I think.  Ciao

Hi Maggie I hope you have a great trip as I told you b-4 my mom is from Linguaglossa and I believe my cousins own a cafe or restaurant at the main piazza or square last name Spucches or Spuches I know doesn't sound Italian I believe it is of Greek origin. Say a big hello to Taormina as that site stood out in my visit when I was just a young boy. What town are you staying in Catania?
Best Wishes
Sal

Ciao Sal,  We will only be in Sicilia for 3 days so far as we know, my friends there are expecting us for this time. I will mainly be in Abruzzo with my family. I will stay in Corleone with friends 1 night, and then we are staying for the rest in Mascalucia, CT (Catania). This is where I get the Mongibello cuttings.Mt.Etna is not far, actually you can see the snow covered peaks all year from Mascalucia. Ciao

I only watch the few programs Tivo records and the news.  CSI is one of the shows I love!  That poster is very, very old, they must have taken it from the first episode almost 10 years ago!  I bet a collector would love to have it, because the man pictured is no longer with the show, and was the favorite of many people.

You are so lucky to go home!  Last trip I was able to go on was Cannes FR and Munich DE in the summer.  In 2005/2006, my company was constantly sending me to Lausanne CH, and often I would be sent to Milano IT working with Mediaset.  The drive from CH to Milano through the mountains and back was always beautiful!  I would normally take the tunnel Grand-St-Bernard, through Aosta and Novara to get there, then I would usually take the long way through Chamonix/Mt Blanc (FR) on the way back, around through Montreaux and into Lausanne again.

So beautiful.  I couldn't imagine living in such a beautiful region.  I've never been south of Milano in Italy, though.

Maggie yes its a CSI poster my wife likes that program not me though. I do enjoy the ones you mentioned though.
Jason that came off the side of a street bus.
Gee one day i the misses and i will travel to Italy and Spain hopefully i still can walk when the time comes !
