My First "Local Unknown Fig"

Hey there Guys!
This fig is an unidentified fig that is sold locally as a local fig here.
I got the first ripe fig from it yesterday which was 27/11/2014. I thought it was a dark fig.
Here are some leaf photos:

This is an accurate colour representation of what it looked like.
Pink interior and yellowish skin.
Is this the Atreano Fig?

Okay, lets talk about the taste:
This fig was split to 6 pieces and tasted by 6 people, Yeah that what you get when most of your family loves figs.
To me it had an acid aroma like a passion fruit and a green mango with a slight sweetness like a honey dew melon. weird smell and mostly fruity. The taste was sweet you can feel the sugars and juices; after that, you can feel the flavour that tastes like a tropical juice that you buy with some figginess to it. The was described to me as "earthy" by one, but I tasted nothing like that. It had an acid aroma but it was sweet not acidic at all. 3 of us tasted the tropical flavour and the others just said Figgy, sweet, Earthy, and one just said it was pleasant and good. It was not as sweet as my other fig, but this is the first fig ever produced by the tree and it was good.
3 said tropical.
1 said figgy and earthy.
1 said good and sweet.
1 had no comment. :P
So, any ideas on the variety?

I saw the photos and immediately noted the resemblance to my Atreano.  Then I saw the text and it appears you thought the same thing.  I would guess it is either Atreano or something related to it.

I couldn't say for sure Mohammad, but wow, sharing one fig between 6 people! That was kind of you to share. It's going to be slow going until your new plants really start to produce.

I vote Atreano as well.  One of my favorite figs.

Thanks guys!
It is a great fig! It only got about 3-4 hours of direct sunlight each morning and it ripened a fig. I need to move it to a better place for the next season. I put it inground without considering this.

Looks great!!

nice find

Good looking fog whatever it is. Hopefully you can get a few more next season and do another taste test.

Whatever it is, it looks a keeper.

Yeah it is a keeper. Hopefully next year it would produce a better number of figs for a better idea of the taste and size.
