This was my first Neveralla picked yesterday after the rains. It was a very big fig so the photo does not do it justice. It was somewhat watery, with a very large eye and I was lucky enough to get it before the bugs or sours. On a taste scale of 1-10, it ranked maybe a 3, but it is its first year to bear so I will be patient. Most of my figs look like inflated baloons on the trees and am afraid after the rains (9"+ a record) most will spoil that are near ripe.
