That looks great. I had an Italian Honey fig this summer that dehydrated on the driveway and it was gooey and figgy inside with that nice crunch and nutty flavor from the seeds. That fig looks like it has some nice seeds to get that crunch from. If that developed under not optimal conditions I wonder what a great fig will develop with just the right conditions because that looks great already. I have one UCD Panachee cutting root this year so I'm going to baby that plant and hopefully see some good progress next year.
